Before confirming and receiving the goods, if the buyer finds that the material or quality of the goods does not conform to the online description, the buyer can consult the seller and the seller will pay compensation according to the situation.
2,Delivery Time Commitment
The Seller guarantees delivery time to the buyer. After payment, the goods will be delivered within the stipulated time. If any problems arise, the seller can discuss with the buyer to solve them.
From the date of receipt of the goods to the guarantee time promised by the seller, the goods conform to the agreed state. If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods purchased by the seller, the buyer may apply for a refund, but postage arising from the first delivery need to be paid by the buyer.
4,Replacement Of Damage
From the date of receipt of the goods to the guarantee time of the seller’s promise, if the goods are found to be damaged in transit, the buyer may apply for repatriation of damaged parts of the goods; the seller promises to provide a repatriation service once, and the reimbursement logistics fee shall be borne by the agreed undertaker; if the goods after the repatriation are still damaged, the seller will provide a refund service.
