Q1: What’s your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?A1: If we have stock, there is no MOQ limitation. We can mix colors for you. For the models we have no stock, MOQ is only 200pcs per model.
Q2: What’s the delivery time?A2: For products that are in stock, we can ship it within 3 days after receiving your payment. For custom order quantity within 500PCs, production time is 7-25 days after confirmation.
Q3: What’s your packing?A3: Our usual packing is opp bag individually and 50pcs inside PVC bag and 500pcs each carton, and we accept your custom bag or box with extra charge.
Q4: Can you print our own logo?A4: Yes, we can print your logo, on the buckle and back as you like. But we need your logo in PDF file(1:1).
Q5: What materials are there in your factory?A5: Stainless steel, titanium, copper, tungsten and ceramic.
Q6: Can I get discounts?A6: Yes, you can get discount if your order reach a certain quantity. The greater quantity, the greater discount.
Q7: How long the plating color will be keep?A7: Water plated color usually keep 6 month, vacuum plated color usually keep 1 to 2 years. It depends on the customer’s wear.
