If you want your brand or logo printed on the products, please send us the artwork file which
should be in cdr, tif, psd, eps or other formats. If it is a bitmap, please keep the resolution in at least 300 pixels/inch.
2) Our ODM Service:
If you have your own design, we have advanced machine and professional craftsmen serving for you. Just send draft or photo, size and other details of product to us.
3) After-sale service:
If, for whatever reason after buying a product from VCOOL you have a question, our after sales team are here to deal with you personally to give you honest and thorough answers.
1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

5. What is your payment method?

6. How long willproducts be shipped after I place an order?
-Sample Order:1-3 days after receipt of the full payment.
-Stock Order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment
-OEM Order: 20-25 days after receipt of the deposit.
7. What is your means of transportation?
Air transportation is recommended. We work with famous delivery companies, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, EMS, etc. Of course if you have your own way of delivery, just tell us.
